Welcome to Sasaga Hub. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Employer Portal as an employer, company, or organisation posting jobs, grants, or tenders on the Sasaga Hub platform operated in Fiji.
1.1 Eligibility. By registering as an employer, you represent that you are authorised to act on behalf of the company or organisation you represent, and that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
1.2 Account Approval. Employer accounts are subject to review and approval by Sasaga Hub administrators. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend any employer account at our sole discretion.
1.3 Listings. Employers may post job vacancies, grants, and tenders. All listings must be accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory. Sasaga Hub reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
1.4 Fair Hiring. Employers agree to comply with all applicable Fiji employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Employment Relations Act 2007. Discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
1.5 Data Use. Employers may access job seeker profiles and application data solely for the purpose of recruitment. Sharing, selling, or misusing applicant data for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.
1.6 Team Members. Employer admins are responsible for the actions of all team members they invite to the platform. Employer admins can manage roles and remove team members at any time.
1.7 Fees. Sasaga Hub may introduce subscription or billing plans in the future. Employers will be notified in advance before any paid features become mandatory. During the free trial period, all features are available at no cost.
1.8 Termination. Sasaga Hub may suspend or terminate employer accounts that violate these terms. Employers may request account deletion at any time by contacting the platform administrator.
This Privacy Policy describes how Sasaga Hub collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Employer Portal.
2.1 Information We Collect. We collect company name, contact person name, email address, phone number, location, industry, and any other information you provide during registration or profile updates.
2.2 How We Use Your Information. We use your information to verify your identity, display your company profile to job seekers, facilitate recruitment communications, and provide platform analytics on your listings.
2.3 Job Seeker Data. When job seekers apply to your listings, their application data (name, email, resume, cover letter) is shared with you for recruitment purposes. You must handle this data in accordance with Fiji's data protection principles.
2.4 Analytics. We collect anonymised platform analytics including listing views and application counts to help you track engagement and improve the platform.
2.5 Data Security. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Access to your information is restricted to authorised personnel only.
