Welcome to Sasaga Hub. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Job Seeker Portal as an individual seeking employment, grants, or tender opportunities in Fiji.
1.1 Eligibility. By registering as a job seeker, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age or have parental/guardian consent, and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
1.2 Profile Information. You are responsible for keeping your profile information, including skills, experience, education, and contact details, accurate and up to date. You may control the visibility of your profile (public or private) at any time.
1.3 Applications. You may apply for job vacancies, grants, and tenders listed on the platform. You may only submit one application per listing. Providing false or misleading information in applications may result in account suspension.
1.4 Conduct. You agree to use the platform respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, spam, fraud, or any misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
1.5 Identity Verification. Sasaga Hub may request identity document verification. Your documents are stored securely and used solely for verification purposes. Employers cannot view your identity documents or referee details until your application reaches an advanced stage (reference check or successful status).
1.6 No Guarantee. Sasaga Hub is a platform that connects job seekers with employers. We do not guarantee employment, grant approval, or tender awards. We are not a party to any agreement between you and an employer.
1.7 Account Termination. You may delete your account at any time. Sasaga Hub may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
This Privacy Policy describes how Sasaga Hub collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Job Seeker Portal.
2.1 Information We Collect. We collect your full name, email address, phone number, location, skills, experience, education, resume, profile picture, bio, and identity documents (if you choose to upload them for verification).
2.2 How We Use Your Information. We use your information to create your profile, match you with relevant listings, facilitate job applications, and enable employers to contact you regarding your applications.
2.3 Profile Visibility. You control whether your profile is visible to employers (public) or hidden (private). Only profiles set to public appear in employer search results. Your identity documents and referee details are only shared with employers when your application reaches the reference check or successful stage.
2.4 Application Data. When you apply for a listing, your application data (name, email, resume, cover letter) is shared with the relevant employer for recruitment purposes.
2.5 Analytics. We collect anonymised, passive analytics such as page views and time spent on listings to improve the platform. We do not collect precise location data or personally identifiable tracking data.
2.6 Data Security. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Identity documents are stored securely and access is restricted.
2.7 Your Rights. You may update or delete your profile information at any time. You may also delete your account, which will remove your data from active listings and searches.
